Imposter Syndrome

Above all else, we're not a hierarchy of teacher and student. We're a cohort of peers discussing a
common passion.
I want to take advantage of my natural abilities to empathize and communicate and give back to
my community. Communicating with <a href="/notes/wisdom/empathy-and-humor">Empathy and Humor</a>, in particular, serves to disarm the
people I'm teaching.
In particular, I like to stress how <a href="/notes/imposter-syndrome">Imposter Syndrome</a> plays a large part in learning in my
field. Some of my favorite tech people don't think they're that good.
